The ROSNOL AD‑SC1D25A/H44‑H4 is an SC Plug (Male) to 7/16 Jack (Female) adapter designed for stable RF performance from DC to 7.5 GHz. With 50‑ohm impedance, ≤1.25 VSWR, high insulation resistance, and a 1000 V rms working voltage, it supports reliable low‑loss signal transmission for mid‑frequency RF systems. Both SC and 7/16 interfaces use screw‑lock coupling, provide at least 500 mating cycles, and feature 30 N contact captivation for secure mechanical engagement.

The adapter uses phosphor bronze center contacts with gold plating over a non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating to ensure conductivity and corrosion resistance. Brass bodies with copper‑tin‑zinc alloy plating enhance durability, while PTFE insulators maintain stable dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket further supports environmental sealing.
