To ensure that we can live up to this promise, we established a systematic approach that preserves and ameliorates the quality of our inputs, manufacturing operations, and outputs. Quality at the Input Stage
Our procedures at this first stage deal with various routines to check the quality of our inputs before manufacturing has even started.
This encompasses processes such as :
- Maintaining and updating track records of suppliers
- Drawing samples of input material based on official standards
- Validating the samples’ functional and visible qualities as well as their measurements
- Continuously checking the values on important aspects of the input material
- Eliminating material of sub-standard quality before entering the production process
Quality at the Manufacturing Stage
Having made sure that the quality of input material is high, we at Rosnol understand that the next step towards outstanding quality is flawless manufacturing. This includes the prevention, identification, and resolution of any production related issues.
Our processes in place are :
- Performing automated and manual quality tests during manufacturing (please refer to our Electrical Testing section for more details)
- Statistically analyze obtained data and any deviations of significant nature
- Inspecting semi-finished and finished products based on IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
- Running a test batch after the first set-up of a manufacturing process
- Conducting continuous improvement of our production processes
Quality at the Output Stage
The last step before our products are being shipped to our customers is the systematic quality check of our output. Some of the quality processes of the former two stages reappear in this stage which allows for double-checking and controlling of our previous processes. This eventually renders our products free of any defects.
Processes at this final stage are :
- Drawing samples of output material based on official standards
- Checking of functional and visible product features and the product dimensions
- Verifying product reliability
- Coordinating with our engineers to analyze and eliminate failures and their causes
- Validating the effectiveness of earlier quality procedures
Electrical Testing
We at Rosnol utilize a state-of-the-art network analyzer of the acclaimed Keysight Technologies brand. This network analyzer enables us to run all kinds of product performance tests, such as tests for VSWR (return loss), insertion loss, and phase and electrical delay. Apart from this masterpiece, we further have specialized instruments to examine all types of products. Hence, we can also test for conductor resistances, insulation resistances, and voltage-withstanding. This assures that every product leaving our premises is in line with relevant regulations and customer expectiations.
In order to prove our commitment to quality, Rosnol obtained certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). We are currently holding the ISO9001 certificate. Additionally, the vast majority of our products are RoHS compliant. We pursued this certificate to demonstrate to our valued customers and business partners that concerns with regard to our products are not necessary.
