N Jack (Female) to MCX Jack (Female) | Bulkhead Adapter | Screw-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-N2M25A-BH/94-91 is a bulkhead RF adapter engineered for dependable connectivity between N jack female and MCX jack female terminations. It supports DC to 6 GHz frequency range with 50-ohm impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB. Electrical characteristics include insulation resistance ≥ 1 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, working voltage 335 V rms, and current handling up to 1.5 A DC. The adapter employs screw-lock coupling on the N side and snap-lock on the MCX side, ensuring axial captivation ≥ 28 N and a minimum of 500 mating cycles for long-term durability. Recommended torque for the N side is 0.7–1.1 Nm, with a maximum coupling torque of 1.7 Nm.

Material and plating details are optimized for corrosion resistance and signal integrity. The MCX center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over a nickel-phosphorus underlayer, and its body is brass with nickel underplating. The N side features a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus, and a brass body finished with copper-tin-zinc alloy. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties. The adapter operates reliably in temperatures from -55°C to +155°C, ensuring stability in harsh RF environments.
