The ROSNOL K1E50-EZ0085A/9XX is a precision 2.92mm Plug (Male) cable connector designed for high-frequency RF and microwave applications. Featuring a 50 Ω impedance, DC to 40 GHz operating range, and VSWR ≤ 1.25 (Return Loss ≥ 19.08 dB), this connector supports stable signal transmission across a broad frequency spectrum. The screw-lock coupling mechanism provides secure mating, while the plug-in center contact and soldered cable entry simplify assembly. Additional mechanical specifications include a mating durability of 500 cycles minimum, center contact captivation of ≥ 20 N, and recommended coupling torque of 0.80 to 1.10 Nm.

The center contact is manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for reliable conductivity. The connector body and coupling nut are constructed from stainless steel with passivated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance and mechanical durability. A PEI insulator and silicone rubber gasket contribute to stable connector performance. This design is suitable for .085, .086, RG405, ROSNOL RSR-085, RSF-085, and EF405 cables.
