Hermetically Sealed SMA Jack (Female) to SMA Jack (Female) Bulkhead Mount Adapter | Gold-Plated Brass Body

The ROSNOL ADH-A2A25A-BHS/99-99 is a hermetically sealed 50Ω SMA bulkhead adapter engineered for high-reliability RF and microwave systems. Operating from DC to 18 GHz, it provides VSWR ≤ 1.40, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, RF leakage ≥ 100 dB, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. The glass-to-metal hermetic sealing design helps maintain signal integrity while protecting sensitive equipment from pressure differentials, moisture ingress, and environmental contamination. 

The center contacts are manufactured from beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body, fastening nut, and washer utilize gold-plated brass construction. PTFE insulators provide stable dielectric properties, and the hermetic glass seal achieves a leak rate of ≤ 1×10E-8 SCC/sec helium, ensuring long-term reliability in sealed environments. The gold-plated materials offer excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mating durability.
