The ROSNOL VH-AD-K1Q25A/9XX-9X is a high-frequency 50Ω RF adapter developed for thermal vacuum and aerospace applications. Covering DC to 40 GHz, it offers VSWR ≤ 1.25, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, RF leakage ≥ 100 dB, and power handling up to 18 W. Its vacuum-vented design supports pressure equalization and stable performance in thermal vacuum environments where signal integrity is critical.

Gold-plated beryllium copper contacts maximize conductivity and mating durability, while passivated stainless-steel bodies provide outstanding corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. PEI insulators and precision machining help maintain consistent impedance and reliable microwave performance. The adapter is mechanically compatible with 2.92 mm and 2.4 mm interfaces.
