Description
BNC Jack (Female) Straight Bulkhead Connector | Crimped Cable Entry | Bayonet-Lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL BNC2CA50-G316C/H3 is a precision-engineered BNC jack (female) straight bulkhead connector designed for RF signal transmission up to 4 GHz. With a 50 Ω impedance and low insertion loss (≤ 0.05 × √F), this connector ensures stable and efficient signal performance in coaxial systems. The bayonet-lock coupling mechanism enables fast and secure mating with ≥ 500 mating cycles, while the center contact supports both soldered and crimped termination, providing flexibility for cable assembly processes.
The center contact is constructed from phosphor bronze with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underlayer, offering excellent conductivity and long-term reliability. The brass body with nickel plating ensures strong mechanical durability and corrosion resistance. PTFE insulation provides stable dielectric performance across wide temperature ranges, while the crimp ferrule design ensures secure cable retention. This connector is compatible with RG316, RG174, and RG188 cables, providing versatile integration options.
The ROSNOL BNC2CA50-G316C/H3 is widely used in RF communication systems, broadcast and video transmission equipment, test and measurement instruments, industrial electronics, and signal distribution systems. ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a cost-effective and reliable alternative to leading global brands, manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available upon request.
