The ROSNOL PCT1E50-0141A/1XX is a precision TNC plug (male) straight connector engineered for 50 Ω RF cable assemblies operating from DC to 18 GHz. Designed with a screw-lock coupling mechanism, this connector delivers secure mating and stable electrical performance in high-frequency environments. The soldered cable entry with a soldered center contact ensures reliable electrical continuity and mechanical integrity for semi-rigid and precision cable assemblies. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.20 and low insertion loss performance, this connector is suitable for demanding RF and microwave applications. Mechanical performance includes a minimum mating life of 500 cycles and a recommended coupling torque range of 0.46 Nm to 0.69 Nm.The connector body and coupling nut are manufactured from passivated stainless steel to provide excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The center contact is fabricated from brass with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating to ensure low contact resistance and long-term stability. A PTFE insulator supports stable dielectric performance across the operating frequency range. The PCT1E50-0141A/1XX is compatible with .141 cable types including ROSNOL RSR-141, RSF-141, EF402, and RG402.
