The ROSNOL T-PS25-40G1WA/99 is a precision SMPS termination jack designed for high-frequency systems requiring stable 50 Ω port terminations from DC to 40 GHz. It delivers a typical VSWR ≤ 1.40 and supports 1 W continuous power, ensuring low reflection and dependable performance in test, measurement, and microwave applications. The snap-lock coupling provides quick, secure engagement, with typical engagement forces of 11 N (full detent) and 5 N (smooth bore), and disengagement forces of 20 N (full detent) and 4 N (smooth bore). Mechanical durability is rated for ≥ 100 mating cycles (full detent) and ≥ 500 mating cycles (smooth bore), with axial center-contact captivation ≥ 7 N, supporting robust daily use in labs and production lines.

Piece parts and plating are engineered for long-term reliability: the centre contact is beryllium copper with 3 µin gold over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate of 80 µin; the body is beryllium copper with 3 µin gold over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate of 80 µin; the insulator is PTFE for stable dielectric performance. This termination load is widely used across RF and microwave industries, including wireless infrastructure, radar, satellite communications, and instrumentation, serving as a precision port absorber for calibration, impedance matching, and unused port termination in benches and automated test systems.
