The ROSNOL AD-W2W25A-BH/9X-9X is a precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 110 GHz. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.35 (return loss ≥ 16.54 dB) and insertion loss ≤ 0.6 dB, ensuring exceptional performance for ultra-high-frequency applications. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ and test voltage of 500 V rms. The screw-lock coupling mechanism guarantees secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, coupling test torque of 0.70 Nm, and recommended torque between 0.30 and 0.41 Nm.Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating for superior conductivity. The body, fastening nut, and washer are stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PEI for excellent dielectric stability. A silicone rubber gasket provides environmental sealing. Operating temperature range is −55°C to +125°C.
