The ROSNOL AD-PMF1PMF15A-BH/9X-9X is a precision thread-in adapter for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 40 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.29 (return loss ≥ 18 dB) for stable signal integrity in high-frequency applications. The snap-on coupling mechanism ensures quick engagement, with full detent engagement force of 68 N and disengagement force of 22 N. Mechanical durability includes ≥ 100 mating cycles, supporting reliable performance in compact RF assemblies.

Materials and plating: center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The body is stainless steel with passivation for corrosion resistance, while the insulator is PEI for excellent dielectric stability. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +155°C, ensuring consistent performance under extreme conditions.
