The ROSNOL AD-PCA2PCA25C-BHS/91-91 is a high-precision bulkhead adapter designed for 50 Ω systems operating from DC to 27 GHz. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.15, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √f (GHz) dB, insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and contact resistance of ≤ 3 mΩ for the center and ≤ 2 mΩ for the outer contact. Electrical ratings include a test voltage of 1000 V rms, working voltage of 480 V rms, and power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz. RF leakage is ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. The screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement with ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.8 and 1.1 Nm.

Materials and plating: center contacts and body are brass with gold plating (3 µinch) over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate (80 µinch). The insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability, while fastening nuts and washers are brass with matching plating layers for durability. Operating temperature range is −65°C to +165°C, ensuring reliable performance under harsh conditions.
