The ROSNOL AD-43102431025A-BH/H4-H4 is a precision 50-ohm bulkhead adapter designed for DC to 6 GHz operation, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.0 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 1.0 mΩ. Power handling capability reaches 500 W at 2 GHz. Screw-lock coupling provides secure engagement, with mechanical endurance of ≥100 mating cycles and recommended torque of 5 Nm. The design meets IP68 protection standards for harsh environments.Piece-part construction includes phosphor bronze center contacts finished with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and longevity. The bodies are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, complemented by PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets for environmental sealing. The adapter supports reliable service across −65°C to +165°C.
