The ROSNOL AD-V2PC25A/9X-9X is a precision 50-ohm straight adapter optimized for DC to 33 GHz, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. It ensures insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 Vrms, working voltage 150 Vrms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Both the 1.85 mm and 3.5 mm sides utilize screw-lock coupling with center-contact captivation ≥ 20 N and mechanical endurance rated at ≥ 500 mating cycles. Recommended coupling torque is 0.80–1.10 Nm, with side-specific test torque limits supporting repeatable connections.

The adapter is constructed with beryllium copper center contacts featuring gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating for robust conductivity and wear resistance. Stainless steel bodies are passivated for corrosion resistance, while PEI insulators maintain dielectric stability. The design supports reliable operation across a −55°C to +165°C temperature range.
