The ROSNOL AD-Q1V25A/9XX-9X is a precision RF adapter designed for DC to 50 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring excellent return loss and minimal signal loss. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling with ≥500 mating cycles, center contact captivation ≥20 N, and recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm for secure, repeatable connections.
The center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch nickel-phosphorus underplating. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, and insulators are PS for thermal stability. Operating temperature ranges from −60°C to +100°C, providing durability and corrosion resistance in demanding RF environments.
