The ROSNOL AD-Q1PM25A/9XX-99 is a straight RF adapter designed for DC to 40 GHz operation with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤ 1.25 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√F (GHz) dB, ensuring low reflection and minimal signal loss. Insulation resistance is high, and the adapter supports ≥500 mating cycles on the 2.4mm side and up to 500 on SMPM smooth bore, with secure coupling via screw-lock and snap-lock mechanisms for reliable performance in high-frequency systems.

The center contacts are beryllium copper with 3 microinch gold plating over an 80 microinch nickel-phosphorus underplating. The 2.4mm body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while SMPM body is beryllium copper with identical plating. Insulators are PS, and gaskets are silicone rubber. Operating temperature ranges from −55°C to +125°C, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance.
