The ROSNOL AD-PCM1PCA25A-PT/9X-9X is a precision-engineered adapter for 50 Ω RF systems, operating from DC to 27 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.20 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz). It combines snap-on coupling on the SMP side with screw-lock engagement on the SMA side, ensuring secure connectivity and axial contact captivation ≥ 7 N and ≥ 27 N respectively. Mechanical durability reaches ≥ 1000 cycles for SMP and ≥ 500 cycles for SMA. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and contact current up to 1.2 A DC.Materials and plating are optimized for durability and signal integrity. The SMP interface uses beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PTFE dielectric for high-frequency stability. The SMA interface features beryllium copper center contacts with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplate, stainless steel body with passivated finish, and PTFE dielectric for low-loss performance.
