Description

MCX Plug (Male) to BNC Jack (Female) | Straight Design | Snap-Lock & Bayonet-Lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-M1B25A/99-93 is a precision RF adapter designed for broadband applications from DC to 4 GHz with 50 ohm impedance. It achieves a VSWR of ≤1.15 and insertion loss of ≤0.05 × √F GHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. Electrical specifications include robust snap-lock coupling on the MCX side and bayonet-lock on the BNC side, providing secure engagement. Mechanical durability is rated at ≥500 mating cycles, with center contact captivation ≥28 N and disengagement force between 8 N and 20 N.

Premium materials and plating deliver superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. The BNC side uses beryllium copper center contacts with 3 microinch gold plating over 80 microinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, brass body nickel plated, and PTFE insulator. The MCX side features beryllium copper center contacts and body with the same gold-over-nickel-phosphorus plating stack, and PTFE insulator. The adapter operates reliably from −65°C to +165°C.

ROSNOL’s RF adapters combine precision engineering with cost efficiency, offering a competitive alternative to major European and American brands. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 certified processes and fully comply with RoHS and REACH. Customization for materials, plating, and mechanical design is available to support specialized interconnect needs.
