SMA Plug (Male) to Precision N Jack (Female) | 4-Hole Panel Flange Adapter | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL AD-A1PCN25A-PF/H11-H4 adapter delivers high-performance RF connectivity with 50 Ω impedance and DC–18 GHz frequency range. It offers VSWR ≤ 1.2, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F (GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, it ensures RF leakage ≥ 90 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, axial captivation ≥ 28 N, torque range 0.80–1.10 Nm (SMA) and 0.70–1.10 Nm (N), and minimum 500 mating cycles. Maximum coupling torque is 1.7 Nm for both sides.

The SMA body and coupling nut are brass with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while Precision N body uses brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy for enhanced durability. Center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating. Insulators are PTFE for both ends, and silicone rubber gaskets provide environmental sealing. Dimensions include flange size 31.1 mm \[1.000 in], hole spacing 18.8 mm \[.740 in], and thread 5/8-24 UNEF-2A.
