The ROSNOL AD-43102D25A/H4-H4 is a precision RF adapter supporting DC to 8.3 GHz operation. It features 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤1.05 (≥32 dB), and insertion loss ≤0.03 × √F (GHz) dB. RF leakage is rated ≥120 dB up to 6 GHz, with intermodulation ≥166 dBc (2 × 43 dBm) from 0.4 to 4.0 GHz. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling, ≥100 mating cycles on the 4.3-10 side and ≥500 on the 7-16 side, axial captivation ≥30 N and ≥200 N, and torque ratings of 5 Nm and 25 Nm. Engagement and disengagement forces are typ. 100 N and 80 N respectively.Built with copper-tin-zinc alloy brass body and coupling nut, the adapter includes phosphor bronze and brass center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. PTFE insulators and silicone rubber gaskets ensure reliable dielectric and sealing performance.
