The ROSNOL ADL-K1K25A-PF/9XX-9X is a precision 2.92mm male-to-female panel flange adapter designed for high-frequency RF systems operating up to 40 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism with ≥ 500 mating cycles, VSWR ≤ 1.15 (≥ 23.13 dB), and insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F(GHz) dB. The adapter supports 750 V test voltage and 250 V working voltage at sea level, with RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.

Mechanically compatible with 3.5mm and SMA interfaces, the adapter is built with passivated stainless steel bodies and coupling nuts, beryllium copper center contacts with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, and PEI insulators. Axial captivation is rated ≥ 20 N, with recommended torque of 0.9 Nm and test torque ≤ 1.70 Nm. Operating temperature range is −60°C to +165°C.
