SMP Plug (Male) Bulkhead Cable Connector for Semi-flex .047, such as Rosnol RSF 047-PVC, DC - 40 GHz, VSWR ≤ 1.4, 50 Ω, with Soldered Cable Entry.
The ROSNOL SMP1EA50FD-0047A/99 is a full detent SMP plug designed for solder attachment, compatible with RSR047 and RSF047 cables. Operating from DC to 40 GHz with a 50Ω impedance, it offers VSWR ≤ 1.25 (≥ 19.08 dB) up to 26.5 GHz and ≤ 1.40 (≥ 15.56 dB) from 26.5 to 40 GHz. The connector features a snap-on coupling mechanism and soldered centre contact and cable entry. Mechanical Data includes ≥1000 mating cycles (Smooth Bore), ≥500 (Limited Detent), and ≥100 (Full Detent), with engagement forces up to 68 N and disengagement forces down to 2.2 N. Centre contact captivation is rated ≥7 N.
Constructed entirely from beryllium copper, the body and centre contact are plated with 3 µinch gold over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The insulator is PTFE. This connector is compatible with 0.047 semi-rigid and semi-flex cables, including ROSNOL RSR 047, RSF 047, RSF-047-FEP, RSF-047-PVC and EF 047, ensuring high-frequency performance in precision RF systems.
