The ROSNOL SMA5C50-G316A/9XX is a reverse polarity SMA straight cable plug designed for 50Ω RF systems operating up to 18 GHz. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, crimped cable entry, and a soldered centre contact. VSWR performance depends on cable type and assembly. Supported cables include RG 316/U, RG 174/U, RG 174A, RG 188, G-02232, and BELDEN-7805.The connector body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivation treatment. The centre contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel. The insulator is PTFE, and the gasket is silicone rubber. Crimp ferrules are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. The connector measures 17.75 mm [.699 inch] in length, with a hex size of 8 mm [.315 inch].
