MCX Plug (Male) | Soldered Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL MCX1E59-0085B/H1 is a straight MCX plug (male) connector engineered for high-performance RF systems up to 6 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance. It features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, soldered center contact, and soldered cable entry for robust mechanical retention. With a VSWR of ≤ 1.1 (≥ 26 dB), insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F(GHz) dB, and insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, this connector ensures minimal signal degradation and high reliability. It supports Semi-Rigid 0.086, Semi-Flex 0.086, RG405, Semi-Rigid 0.085 (RSR-085), Semi-Flex 0.085 (RSF-085), and EF405 cables. Operating temperature range is −55°C to +165°C.

The connector body is brass with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The center contact is phosphor bronze with identical plating, and the insulator is PTFE. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. Crimp ferrule dimensions are optimized for secure and consistent cable termination.
