STREAMLIED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Rosnol RF/Microwave Technology is a dedicated manufacturer focused on inventing technologies that empower the RF and microwave industry, aiming to streamline design, simplify production, and eliminate complexity. The company achieves this through intensive research, product development, and carefully controlled production. Rosnol’s resulting high-performance microwave components are capable of handling frequencies up to 67 GHz, demonstrating notably low VSWR values, and maintaining high quality standards. The company's technical expertise is supported by an extensive knowledge base, state-of-the-art test and measurement equipment (capable of measurements up to 67 GHz), and sophisticated CAD and proprietary simulation software. All assembly and testing processes occur at the same facility under the supervision of the design engineer.
Rosnol is committed to high reliability, holding ISO 9001 certification. Quality is a guiding principle applied across all activities, including development, planning, purchasing, production, sales, and logistics. The quality laboratory features advanced capabilities for testing VSWR, Insertion Loss, and PIM (DC to 50 GHz), along with comprehensive environmental and mechanical testing such as thermal shock, corrosion resistance, vibration, and pull tests.

The company specializes in customized connectivity solutions, recognizing that "Every Application Is Unique". They offer extensive design support and can meet customized specifications for most catalog products. Customization options include coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, modifications of existing designs, and application-specific VSWR optimization.

The product portfolio includes a broad range of high-performance connectivity solutions, such as coaxial connectors, adaptors, test & measurement components, fixed attenuators, DC blocks, and impedance matching pads.

Key Coaxial Connector Series Highlights:
• SMA: A very popular 50 Ω coax connector with screw coupling, operational up to 18 GHz and extendable to 26.5 GHz. It is mechanically compatible with RPC2.92 and RPC3.5 series. Applications span telecommunication, satellite systems, and test & measurement.
• N and Precision N: The N series is a medium-sized, weatherproof, 50 Ω connector operating up to 11 GHz. The Precision N series, also 50 Ω, is rated up to 18 GHz and features excellent data stability. N 50 Ω and Precision N 50 Ω connectors are intermateable.
• BNC: The most commonly used coax connector, featuring a quick-disconnect bayonet coupling. Available in 50 Ω and 75 Ω impedances, with a frequency range typically up to 4 GHz.
• TNC: Similar in size to BNC but uses a screw coupling, supporting frequencies up to 11 GHz.
• 4.1-9.5 and 4.3-10: Designed for miniaturization in mobile radio communication. Both feature low PIM and high performance, with the 4.3-10 series uniquely offering Hand-screw, Torque-screw, and Quick-Lock coupling mechanisms. Both typically feature IP 68 mating face sealing.
