Description
BNC Jack (Female) | Solder Attachment | 4 Hole Flange | Brass Body
ROSNOL BNC2GFA50-3696C/94 is a high-performance RF connector designed for precision and reliability in demanding applications. This BNC Jack (Female) connector features a solder attachment and a robust 4-hole flange mount with a hole spacing of 13.49mm (0.531 inch), ensuring secure and stable installation. Operating across a frequency range from DC to 4 GHz, it delivers exceptional signal integrity with a VSWR of ≤ 1.22 (≥ 20 dB), making it ideal for RF and microwave systems. The connector employs a bayonet coupling mechanism, supporting a minimum of 500 mating cycles for long-term durability. Its mechanical design includes a stub terminal type and axial center contact captivation of ≥ 15 N, ensuring consistent performance under mechanical stress.
Constructed with high-quality materials, the center contact is made of beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over an 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body is composed of a copper-tin-zinc alloy, and the insulator is PTFE, providing excellent electrical insulation and thermal stability.
All Rosnol RF components are precision-manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities, and are fully RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
