Description
BNC Jack (Female) | Solder Attachment | 4 Hole Flange | Bayonet-lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL BNC2GFA50-3696A/94 connector is a precision-engineered BNC Jack (Female) designed for solder attachment with a 4-hole flange mount and stub terminal. It operates from DC to 4 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.22 (≥ 20 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.5 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ. Rated for 400 V rms working voltage and up to 80 W power handling at 2 GHz, this connector ensures reliable signal integrity. Mechanical features include bayonet coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, and axial center contact captivation ≥ 15 N. The flange provides 13.49 mm (.531 inch) hole spacing and four Ø3.18 mm (.125 inch) mounting holes for secure installation.Constructed from premium materials, the center contact is beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating, and the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All ROSNOL RF components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring environmental safety and global standards. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
