The ROSNOL 43102GFB50-2600A/94 is a precision-engineered 4.3-10 jack connector designed for panel receptacle mounting with a solder cup terminal. It supports DC to 12 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, RF leakage ≥ 110 dB up to 6 GHz for tool-tightened plugs, and power handling up to 500 W at 2 GHz. Mechanical reliability is ensured with screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, and recommended torque of 5 Nm.

Constructed for durability, the center contact is beryllium copper with 3 μinch gold plating over 80 μinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while the insulator is PTFE for superior dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket provides IP68-rated environmental sealing for moisture resistance.
