Description

TNC Plug (Male) to TNC Plug (Male) Cable Assembly | RG-142B/U | 50 Ohm | DC–4 GHz

The ROSNOL T1C50-RG142-T1C50-XXX/4G is a precision RF cable assembly configured with TNC plug (male) connectors on both ends and constructed using RG-142B/U coaxial cable. Designed for 50-ohm RF and microwave signal transmission, this assembly supports operation from DC to 4 GHz with controlled electrical performance and consistent mechanical quality. A maximum VSWR of 1.25 at 4 GHz ensures stable impedance matching across the operating frequency range. Insertion loss is defined by a length-dependent model of ≤ 0.000945 dB/mm multiplied by cable length, plus 0.15 multiplied by the velocity factor, allowing predictable attenuation behavior and repeatable signal performance across standard and custom lengths.

This ROSNOL cable assembly is available in multiple standard lengths, including 500 mm, 1000 mm, 3000 mm, and 5000 mm, with additional lengths configurable upon request. Manufacturing tolerances ensure the cable length remains accurate, allowing ±3 mm for lengths up to 300 mm and ±1% for longer assemblies. The TNC plug connectors are assembled following manufacturer-specified crimping procedures to ensure reliable mechanical retention and consistent electrical contact. Heat shrink tubing is applied for strain relief and identification, with standardized marking that includes frequency rating, part number, production date, and serial reference.
