The ROSNOL SMA2CA50-G316A/91 is a straight bulkhead SMA Jack (Female) connector designed for cable assemblies operating from DC to 6 GHz. It preserves a 50‑ohm impedance with a tight maximum VSWR of 1.15 for low reflection and stable insertion characteristics. The screw‑lock coupling supports 0.8–1.1 Nm recommended torque with ≥500 mating cycles, while the center contact accommodates solder or crimp termination and the cable entry is crimped for reliable retention. The design is qualified to 1000 V rms test and 480 V rms working voltages, with ≤200 W power handling at 2 GHz and ≥100 dB RF leakage up to 1 GHz. 

Piece‑part materials include a beryllium copper center contact with gold plating over a non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underlayer; a gold‑plated brass body; PTFE insulator; and gold‑plated brass washer, fastening nut, and crimp ferrule. The bulkhead form factor streamlines panel feedthrough and supports RG316, RG174, and RG188 terminations for test, instrumentation, and general RF interconnects requiring consistent electrical performance and secure mechanical retention.
