Description

N(Male) Straight Cable Plug | Crimped Cable Entry | Screw-lock | Brass Body

The ROSNOL N1C50-G142A/144 is an N Plug (Male) straight connector designed for reliable RF performance from DC to 11 GHz. With a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.15, and low insertion loss, this connector ensures stable signal transmission across mid‑band microwave systems. It supports crimp or solder attachment for RG142, RG223, RG400 cables, and provides mechanical robustness through a screw‑lock coupling mechanism, ≥ 500 mating cycles, recommended torque of 1.0 Nm, and axial center-contact captivation ≥ 28 N. Cable entry is crimp‑type, offering secure termination for consistent electrical performance.

The centre contact is gold‑plated brass with non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating, while the body, coupling nut, and ferrules are built from a copper–tin–zinc brass alloy for durability. A PTFE insulator ensures dielectric stability, and a silicone‑rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. This connector is suitable for RF communication systems, microwave modules, industrial instrumentation, and test equipment requiring dependable N‑type cable terminations.

ROSNOL’s RF components are manufactured under ISO 9001‑certified processes and fully comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. Offering high performance at competitive pricing, ROSNOL connectors serve as strong alternatives to leading European and American brands. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical configuration are available to meet specialized RF system requirements.
