Description

RN-RTW-ECO-6.35-5 Economical Torque Wrench | RF Connector Installation Tool

The RN-RTW-ECO-6.35-5 economical torque wrench features a tool steel spanner with nickel plating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, combined with a lightweight black aluminum handle designed for ergonomic operation. With a 6.35 mm (1/4 inch) width across flats and a preset torque mechanism, this tool is engineered to deliver stable mechanical performance in RF connector assembly tasks.

This torque wrench is designed for controlled installation of SSMA brass RF connectors, providing a preset torque value of 5 lb-in (0.56 Nm) to ensure proper mechanical engagement. It helps prevent over-tightening or under-tightening that may affect electrical performance, making it suitable for RF cable assembly, laboratory testing, and production-line environments requiring repeatable torque control.

ROSNOL’s RF tooling solutions are developed to support reliable and repeatable connector installation across RF and microwave systems. All ROSNOL tool products are manufactured under ISO 9001-certified quality management systems and fully comply with RoHS and REACH international regulations. ROSNOL also offers customization services for torque values, connector interfaces, and mechanical design to meet specific application and assembly requirements.
