Description
SMA Jack (Female) | PCB End Launch | Screw-lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL SMA2H1B50-0080A/91 is a high-precision SMA jack (female) connector engineered for PCB end-launch applications from DC to 18 GHz. Designed with a .031 inch end-launch interface and flat-end structure, this connector ensures stable mechanical alignment and efficient signal transition from coax to PCB. It provides 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.30, insertion loss ≤ 0.04 × √F(GHz), insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, and RF leakage ≤ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. With a screw-lock coupling mechanism, soldered center contact, axial captivation ≥ 27 N, and recommended torque between 0.8–1.1 Nm, the SMA2H1B50-0080A/91 delivers reliable performance for high-frequency PCB-mounted RF designs.Constructed with premium materials, the center contact is made of beryllium copper with gold plating over a non-magnetic nickel–phosphorus underlayer, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. The brass body is also gold plated with the same underplating for enhanced durability and RF stability, while the PTFE insulator offers consistent dielectric performance across wide temperature ranges. This SMA end-launch connector is ideal for high-frequency PCB circuits, RF transceivers, test equipment, telecommunications hardware, and precision microwave modules requiring compact and reliable board‑edge connectivity.
ROSNOL RF components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and comply fully with RoHS and REACH environmental standards. Designed for high quality at competitive pricing, ROSNOL products serve as dependable alternatives to major European and American brands. Comprehensive customization options—including plating variations, material changes, and mechanical design adjustments—are available to meet specialized engineering requirements.
