The ROSNOL SMA2H1B50-0080A/91 connector is a precision-engineered SMA Jack (Female) designed for PCB end-launch applications with solder attachment and flat-end configuration. It operates from DC to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤ 0.03 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3.0 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2.0 mΩ. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, this connector supports power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz and 100 W at 10 GHz, with RF leakage ≤ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.Constructed from premium materials, the center contact is beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body is brass with gold plating, and the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. Mechanical specifications include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 20 N, and torque ratings of 0.8–1.1 Nm recommended (1.7 Nm max).
