SMA PCB Connector | End Launch for Bulkhead | Brass Body

The ROSNOL SMA2JA50-2210A/91 connector is a precision-engineered SMA Jack (Female) designed for edge-mount PCB applications with solder attachment and stud terminal configuration for bulkhead integration. It operates from DC to 18 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, delivering VSWR ≤ 1.40 and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical performance includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 2 mΩ. Rated for 1000 V rms test voltage and 480 V rms working voltage, this connector supports power handling up to 200 W at 2 GHz and 100 W at 10 GHz, with RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz.

Constructed from premium materials, the center contact is beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body, washer, and fastening nut are brass with gold plating, and the insulator is PTFE for excellent dielectric stability. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, edge-mount design, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial captivation ≥ 20 N, and torque ratings of 0.57 Nm recommended (0.6 Nm max). The connector meets IP68 moisture resistance and withstands soldering temperatures up to +260°C for 10 seconds.
