Description
BNC Jack (Female) | PCB Through Hole | Bayonet-lock | Brass Body
The ROSNOL BNC2I50-1820A/94 connector is a high-precision BNC Jack (Female) designed for PCB through-hole mounting in straight configuration. It supports DC to 4 GHz frequency range with 50 Ω impedance, insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1.5 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ. It handles 250 V rms working voltage and 750 V rms test voltage. Mechanical features include ≥ 500 mating cycles and axial center contact captivation ≥ 15 N.Material construction includes a beryllium copper center contact with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating, and the insulator is PTFE for superior dielectric performance.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All ROSNOL RF components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring environmental safety and global standards. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
