The ROSNOL K1HA50-2226C/9XX is a 2.92 mm Plug (Male) PCB end-launch connector designed for broadband RF performance from DC to 40 GHz. Featuring a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.40, and minimal insertion loss, the connector ensures stable signal transmission across high-frequency applications. Mechanical attributes include a screw-lock coupling mechanism, axial contact captivation of ≥ 20 N, mating durability of ≥ 500 cycles, and a recommended torque range of 0.80–1.10 Nm, delivering consistent and reliable PCB edge-launch engagement.The center contact is crafted from gold-plated beryllium copper with non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are passivated stainless steel for enhanced durability, while the PEI insulator and silicone rubber gasket provide structural integrity and environmental sealing. The transition block is built from a brass copper–tin–zinc alloy paired with a PTFE insulator to maintain accurate RF launch alignment.
