The ROSNOL K1HA50-2226B/9XX connector is a high-precision 2.92mm Plug (Male) designed for PCB end-launch applications requiring superior RF performance. It supports DC to 40 GHz frequency range with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.40 (≥ 15.6 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 750 V rms, and RF leakage ≥ 100 dB up to 1 GHz. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and torque ratings of 0.80–1.10 Nm recommended (1.65 Nm max).Material construction includes a beryllium copper center contact and launch pin with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The connector body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while the transition block is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. Insulators are PS and PTFE, and the gasket is silicone rubber for reliable sealing.
