The ROSNOL K1HA50-2226B/9XX is a 2.92 mm Plug (Male) PCB end-launch connector engineered for high-frequency performance from DC to 40 GHz. Designed with a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.40, and low insertion loss, it ensures stable signal transmission across demanding RF and microwave systems. Its mechanical configuration features a screw-lock coupling mechanism, axial contact captivation of ≥ 20 N, mating cycle durability of ≥ 500 engagements, and a recommended torque range of 0.80–1.10 Nm, providing reliable PCB edge-launch performance.The center contact is made from gold-plated beryllium copper with non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the stainless-steel body and coupling nut are passivated for durability. The PEI insulator and silicone rubber gasket contribute to mechanical stability and environmental sealing. The transition block uses a brass copper-tin-zinc alloy with a PTFE insulator, enabling precise RF launch alignment. This connector is suitable for RF instrumentation, high-frequency communication systems, test equipment, and aerospace-related microwave modules.
