Description
2.92mm Plug (Male) | PCB End Launch | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body
The ROSNOL K1HA50-2226A/9XX is a 2.92 mm Plug (Male) PCB end-launch connector engineered for precision RF performance from DC to 40 GHz. This connector offers a 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.40, and exceptionally low insertion loss, ensuring signal integrity across high‑frequency applications. Its mechanical design features a screw‑lock coupling mechanism, mating durability of ≥ 500 cycles, recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm, and axial contact captivation of ≥ 20 N, making it suitable for demanding microwave interfaces requiring stable PCB edge transitions. The center contact is manufactured from gold‑plated beryllium copper with non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating, while the stainless‑steel body and coupling nut feature passivated finishing for corrosion resistance and long‑term reliability. The insulator is made from PEI, paired with a silicone rubber gasket for environmental sealing. The transition block uses a brass copper‑tin‑zinc alloy with a PTFE insulator, ensuring consistent launch alignment. This connector is widely used in RF test systems, high‑frequency instrumentation, communication modules, and aerospace‑grade microwave assemblies.
ROSNOL’s RF connectors are engineered to provide high performance at competitive pricing, making them strong alternatives to European and American brands. All products are manufactured in ISO 9001‑certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH requirements. ROSNOL offers comprehensive customization services including materials, plating, and mechanical configuration, supporting specialized RF and microwave integration needs.
