The ROSNOL K2HA50-1892B/9X is a 2.92 mm Jack (Female) PCB end-launch connector engineered for broadband RF performance from DC to 40 GHz. Designed with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.4, and low insertion loss, it supports stable high‑frequency transmission for precision RF circuitry. Mechanical specifications include a screw‑lock coupling mechanism, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center‑contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and a recommended torque range of 0.80–1.10 Nm, ensuring consistent PCB edge‑launch alignment.

The center contact is gold‑plated beryllium copper with non‑magnetic nickel‑phosphorus underplating, while the connector body is passivated stainless steel for mechanical durability. The PEI insulator provides thermal and dielectric stability. The transition block is constructed from brass with nickel plating and supported by a PTFE insulator for accurate RF launch geometry. This connector is suitable for RF test systems, high‑frequency instrumentation, microwave communication modules, and aerospace‑grade RF subsystems requiring precise PCB interface transitions.
