2.4mm Plug (Male) | PCB End Launch | Screw-lock | Stainless Steel Body

The ROSNOL Q1HA50-2235B/9XX connector is a high-precision 2.4mm Plug (Male) designed for PCB end-launch applications requiring exceptional RF performance. It supports DC to 50 GHz frequency range with 50 Ω impedance and insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, test voltage 500 V rms, and working voltage 150 V rms. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and torque ratings of 0.80–1.10 Nm recommended (1.65 Nm max).

Material construction includes a beryllium copper center contact and launch pin with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The connector body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while the transition block is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. Insulators are PEI and PTFE for enhanced dielectric stability.
