The ROSNOL Q1HA50-2235A/9XX connector is a precision-engineered 2.4mm Plug (Male) designed for PCB end-launch applications in ultra-high-frequency systems. It operates from DC to 50 GHz with a 50 Ω impedance, delivering insertion loss ≤ 0.05 × √F (GHz) dB and excellent electrical stability. Rated for 150 V rms working voltage and 500 V rms test voltage, this connector ensures reliable performance under demanding conditions. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, axial center contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and torque ratings of 0.80–1.10 Nm recommended (1.65 Nm max).Constructed from premium materials, the center contact and launch pin are beryllium copper with 3 µinch gold plating over 80 µinch non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating. The body and coupling nut are stainless steel with passivated finish, while the transition block is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy plating. Insulators are PEI and PTFE for superior dielectric performance.
