Description

SMA Jack (Female) | Flat End | 4-Hole Flange Mount | Stainless Steel Body | Epoxy Captivation

The ROSNOL SMA2GFD50-1077B-EC/9X is engineered for high-frequency RF systems requiring robust sealing and panel mounting. It provides 50 Ω impedance and operates from DC to 18 GHz with VSWR ≤ 1.30 for consistent signal performance. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure mating and durability with ≥500 cycles. Key dimensions include an overall length of 10.77 mm \[.424 in], flange size of 12.4 mm \[.488 in], mounting holes of Ø1.7 mm \[.067 in], and hole spacing of 6.35 mm \[.250 in]. The thread specification is 1/4-36 UNS, and the connector withstands temperatures from -65°C to +165°C.

The center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over a nickel-phosphorus underplate, while the body is stainless steel with passivated finish for enhanced corrosion resistance. The insulator is PTFE, ensuring excellent dielectric strength. Epoxy captivation provides additional sealing for harsh environments, and the flat terminal guarantees secure electrical connection and mechanical integrity.

ROSNOL’s precision-engineered solutions offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All ROSNOL components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring environmental safety and global regulatory alignment. Customization services for materials, plating, and mechanical design are available to support specialized requirements across a wide range of RF and microwave applications.
