The ROSNOL SMA1GFA50-1530B/1XX is a high-performance RF connector designed for secure panel mounting in demanding microwave applications. It offers 50 Ω impedance and operates from DC to 18 GHz with a VSWR ≤ 1.30, ensuring excellent signal integrity. The coupling mechanism uses a screw-lock interface for reliable engagement, supporting ≥500 mating cycles. Key dimensions include an overall length of 15.3 mm \[.602 in], flange size of 12.8 mm \[.504 in], mounting holes of Ø1.7 mm \[.067 in], and hole spacing of 6.35 mm \[.250 in]. The thread specification is 11/16-24 UNEF, and the connector withstands temperatures from -65°C to +165°C.

The center contact is brass with gold plating over a nickel-phosphorus underplate for superior conductivity, while the body is stainless steel with passivated finish for corrosion resistance. The insulator is PTFE, providing excellent dielectric properties. Additional structural details include a stub terminal for solder attachment, ensuring robust electrical performance and mechanical stability under high-frequency conditions.
