The ROSNOL N2GFE50-3036C-LP/94 is a high-performance N jack connector designed for RF systems requiring secure solder attachment and epoxy captivation. Featuring a 4-hole flange with 12.7 mm (0.500 inch) hole spacing, this connector supports DC to 5 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.10, and insertion loss ≤ 0.05√f (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5000 MΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 1 mΩ, and RF leakage ≥ -90 dB. Rated for 1000 V rms dielectric withstanding voltage and power handling up to 250 W average at 2 GHz, it ensures robust performance for high-power applications. PIM level is guaranteed at ≥ -150 dBc.The center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating per MIL-G-45204 specifications, while the body is brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish. PTFE insulators provide excellent dielectric properties. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, epoxy-captivated solder cup terminal, and coupling nut torque of 8–10 lbs (0.90–1.13 N·m). Environmental compliance includes MIL-STD-202 tests for vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and salt atmosphere, ensuring reliability under harsh conditions.
ROSNOL’s precision-engineered RF connectors offer a competitive alternative to products from leading manufacturers in Europe, the USA, and other global markets. All ROSNOL RF components are manufactured in ISO 9001-certified facilities and fully comply with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring environmental safety and global standards. Customization services for plating, materials, and mechanical design are available upon request.
