The ROSNOL 43102GFA50-4380A/H4-LP is a low-PIM 4.3-10 jack connector optimized for high-performance RF systems requiring superior passive intermodulation characteristics. It supports DC to 12 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20, and insertion loss ≤ 0.1√f (GHz) dB. Electrical specifications include insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, RF leakage ≥ 110 dB up to 6 GHz for tool-tightened plugs, and PIM level ≥ 155 dBc from 0.4 to 4 GHz. Power handling is rated at 500 W at 2 GHz. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, and torque specification of 5 Nm.

The connector is built with phosphor bronze center contacts plated with 3 μinch gold over 80 μinch nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity. The body and coupling nut are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, and PTFE insulators ensure excellent dielectric properties. A silicone rubber gasket provides IP68-rated environmental sealing for reliable outdoor performance.
