The ROSNOL K2GFA50-2042B/9X is a precision-engineered 2.92mm jack connector designed for high-frequency RF systems requiring secure solder attachment and flange mounting. Featuring a 4-hole flange with 6.35 mm (0.250 inch) hole spacing, this connector supports DC to 40 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, VSWR ≤ 1.20 (≥ 20.83 dB return loss), and insertion loss ≤ 0.04√f (GHz) dB. Electrical integrity includes insulation resistance ≥ 5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤ 3 mΩ, and RF leakage ≥ 85 dB up to 1 GHz. Rated for 750 V rms test voltage and 250 V rms working voltage, it ensures reliable performance in demanding RF environments.

Constructed for durability, the center contact is beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating, while the body is stainless steel with passivated finish. The insulator is PEI/PTFE for superior dielectric properties. Mechanical features include screw-lock coupling, ≥ 500 mating cycles, center contact captivation ≥ 20 N, and recommended torque of 0.80–1.10 Nm. The captivated stub terminal design enhances mechanical stability for rugged applications.
