Description
This SMA Plug (Male) to SMA Jack (Female) DC Block is designed to block DC voltage while allowing uninterrupted RF signal transmission from DC to 26 GHz. Featuring a 50 Ω impedance, this DC block supports a maximum voltage rating of DC 100 V and delivers stable electrical performance with VSWR ≤ 1.32 and insertion loss ≤ 1 dB across the full frequency range. The screw-lock coupling mechanism ensures secure and reliable mating, while the compact structure maintains a lightweight profile of approximately 0.0045 kg, making it suitable for high-density RF system integration. The operating temperature range of −55 °C to +90 °C allows dependable performance in demanding environments.
Constructed with precision-machined components, the center contacts are made from beryllium copper with gold plating over a nickel underlayer to ensure excellent conductivity, low contact resistance, and long-term mating durability. The connector body and coupling nut utilize brass with gold plating over nickel underplating, providing corrosion resistance and mechanical stability. PTFE insulators are used to maintain consistent dielectric performance at high frequencies, while a silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing where applicable. All materials are selected to support stable RF characteristics and long service life in high-frequency applications.
