The ROSNOL AD-SLPC1PC25A/9XX-9X is a precision straight adapter engineered for RF and microwave systems. It supports DC to 26.5 GHz with 50 Ω impedance, delivering VSWR ≤1.2 and insertion loss ≤0.04√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤3.0 mΩ, and outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ. The adapter withstands 1000 V RMS test voltage and 335 V RMS working voltage, with RF leakage ≥100 dB up to 1 GHz. Both ends feature screw-lock coupling for secure engagement, center contact captivation ≥27 N, and mechanical durability of ≥3000 mating cycles on the SLPC side and ≥500 on the 3.5mm side.

The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over non-magnetic nickel-phosphorus underplating for optimal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are stainless steel with passivated finish, while insulators are PEI for excellent dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket ensures environmental sealing. The adapter operates reliably from -40°C to +85°C, meeting the demands of harsh conditions.
