The ROSNOL AD-T5A25A/H44-H1 is a high-performance RF adapter designed for systems operating from DC to 18 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It delivers VSWR ≤1.30 (≥17.69 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.1√F (GHz) dB for superior signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤1.5 mΩ (TNC) and ≤3 mΩ (SMA), and outer contact resistance ≤1 mΩ and ≤2 mΩ respectively. The adapter withstands 1000 V RMS test voltage and 480 V RMS working voltage, supporting power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. Screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement, with ≥500 mating cycles and center contact captivation ≥28 N (TNC) and ≥27 N (SMA).

The center contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with copper-tin-zinc alloy finish, while insulators are PTFE for superior dielectric performance. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. Operating temperature ranges from -65°C to +165°C for dependable performance in harsh conditions.
