The ROSNOL AD-T1A25A/933-91 is a precision RF adapter operating from DC to 11 GHz with 50 Ω impedance. It achieves VSWR ≤1.2 (≥20.8 dB return loss) and insertion loss ≤0.05√F (GHz) dB for excellent signal integrity. Electrical ratings include insulation resistance ≥5 GΩ, center contact resistance ≤3 mΩ (SMA) and ≤1.5 mΩ (TNC), outer contact resistance ≤2 mΩ and ≤1 mΩ respectively. The adapter withstands 1000 V RMS test voltage and 480 V RMS working voltage, supporting power handling up to 80 W at 2 GHz. Screw-lock coupling ensures secure engagement, with ≥500 mating cycles and center contact captivation ≥28 N (TNC) and ≥27 N (SMA).The center contacts are beryllium copper with gold plating over nickel-phosphorus underplating for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. Bodies and coupling nuts are brass with nickel finish, while insulators are PTFE for excellent dielectric properties. A silicone rubber gasket enhances environmental sealing. Operating temperature ranges from -65°C to +165°C for dependable performance.
